Daughter traveling in France - my paypal is her Uber payment - will it work without problem?

My daughter is traveling to Paris for a college course.  Her Uber is attached to my Paypal.  I tried letting paypal know she is traveling abroad but that option is only available for international travel.  Will this work without flagging something is being charged on Uber that is out of the country?  Thank you!
