Try Scheduling Your Uber Ride.
There is no way to guarantee that you will be able to hail an Uber ride at a certain time of day but as Sacramento is a large city, I would venture to guess that you should have no trouble requesting a car at this time.
Also, recently Uber has started allowing riders to schedule rides in advance in a few select markets (I believe Sacramento is one of these markets!). To see if you can schedule a ride in your area, open your Uber app and if near the bottom of the screen you see a button that says "Schedule A Ride", you are in luck! If you do not see a "Schedule A Ride" button, unfortunately, that means that Uber has not yet rolled out scheduled rides in your area. Similarly, Lyft has this function for a few cities as well! If all else fails, you can always schedule a taxi pick up!
