The Guru Take
Is accessibility a concern?
Hi, Noemi,
Thank you for your questions. I am so sorry for this response be so late. It somehow slipped through the cracks.
Assuming that these are not reguarlyl scheduled rides and your mother is comfortable with using a smartphone, ridesahres like Lyft and Uber may be great options for her. This is, of course, assuming those services are available in her area.
If she needs accessibility assistsance, there are specialized services for these, in which case, you may want to contact a local taxi or limo service. If she prefers the same driver to pick her up for her trips, rideshares may NOT be a good fit.
