Yes, you can schedule rides with limos, of course. Also, Uber and Lyft started accepting future scheduling in some cities. (as of 2017-02) This topic was covered in our recent post:

You can schedule an Uber ride using the Kommen app, even in areas where Uber currently doesn't have scheduling .
