Yes, but it obviously depends on who much.
Uber and Lyft vehicles can different amount of "stuff" depending on the service you select. For example, UberXL would be a much larger car than an UberX. You are allowed to bring luggage, such as suitcases and duffe bags with you. However, larger items and too much items may be frowned upon, and the drivers can refuse a ride.
