Pick up from Downtown Ferry

I'm arriving from Waiheke Island to Downtown Boat should get in 10.50.on Monday 7th Dec. I'm a bit unsure whether I can walk to get my connection on a intercity bus that leaves Sky Tower at 11.25 Knowing i have a taxi ready to pick me up would be great.
