Travelling with kids in the wee hours

Hi There, We are a family group travelling with 3 kids (ages 4, 6 and 8) and will be arriving at Perth International Airport around 2am. Can we book an Uber or OLA to take us to our accommodation? Do we need a transportation with child seats (or booster seats)? We have not finalized on our accommodation yet. Will most probably be at Regal Apartments in East Perth. Thank you in advance.
