You can book it days or a few hours in advance for Uber/Lyft. Keep that in mind since it is a surge time it will be more expensive than usual.
Instead, I would prefer chauffeur service and will ride in style and a cheaper way! For that I would recommend Orlando Best Limo. They are reliable, friendly and on-time! They meet and greet you at the airport!
