June 4,2020 at 4:13 pm. I requested for Lyft. It took nearly over 30 minutes to fined the nearby driver. Finally I connected to a driver. The first driver was named Josh within 2-3 minutes it changed to a new driver Christ. Small talk occurred and Lyft driver said he is familiar of South Philly and he grow up in the area . So, I suggested that he drop me on the corner of Warnock and moyamensing St because Warnock is extremely narrow. June 5,2020. I woke up to a very disturbing email that I am being charge for a damaged I made on Chris the divers car. As I look at the pictures that was forwarded to me by Lyft ( his name is Kevin) This how I entered & exited from Chris vehicle. I entered in back at the driver side . Slid myself with my black backpack insured onto my chest and lap. I slid into the back passenger side. Unable to utilize the seatbelt on me. So I rode I the back without my seat belt. As we approached my destination. I exited on the left side behind the driver side. Slip myself to unlock the door.By placing both my feet out and gently closed the door. As I got ready for my trip to South Philly. My khaki,cargo shorts had just came out of the dryer and as my blue V-neck t-shirt. As I always do leaving my house I take a picture what I am wearing just Incase something may happen to me. There is a discerption of what I was wearing last. I will produce a picture of my attire on June 4,2020 at 4:13 pm.

What ever the motivation for this accusation towards me is without merit and hateful to me. I have used Lyft & Uber numerous times. And I am accused of something I have nothing to do with claim. I will fight this matter up to formally taking to court. I am a disabled person. Doing my best to survive the pandemic due to my compromised health. And this is being done to me. I did not do anything to disrespect Chris’s vehicle on June 4,2920 at 4:13. Every dollar I have is accounted every month only collecting SSI. That afternoon was my treat for myself to able to get a haircut from my former landlord and get out of isolation for months and weeks. Chris I did nothing wrong.

What I had on that day. Second and third images are what the Lyft driver is accusing me of doing.

I have my two neighbors who saw me leaving to meet Lyft on Lehigh St and my landlord who saw me inter his home as I took off my shoes. I was completely clean. I could have done what I am being accused of.
