   7 years ago in  Uber has cancellation fees? How is that charged? Penalties?

  They absolutely should have to disclose it - but unfortunately (like many of their other practices) they seem to get away without being transparent because they are so established and consumers are not choosing to go elsewhere for this service.

  Agreed!  The company continues to show a deficit year after year - somethings gotta give here.  Even though they are hammering the taxi industry, it's too big and established an industry to be pushed out completely before Uber's model caves in on them.
