Trying hard? Isn't this an indication that they are catching up successfully? They even lowered their rates recently, didn't they?
To give it a bit more context, Uber is available in over 80 countries and 600 cities worldwide. Of course, it's a bit difficult to define what a "city" is, but it's often considered as a metropolitan area.
There are more than 54 cities? Is that a lot? I don't even know.
