  Since it isn't official yet, it's interesting to think what happens when it is official.  Will the city have to buy them back.  that'd be hilarious.

   6 years ago in  Can you count on getting a uber or lyft driver at 5am?

  I've used it a million times to go to the CLE at 5AM on Monday mornings and it has NEVER failed me.  I know it sounds like an odd hour but 5AM is a popular time for us business travelers.  Many drivers are out.
