  is there a way to save my favorite locations in the uber lyft app?

  I want to know if i can save a destination that i visit frequently so it is easier for me …

  I think in bigger cities it's harder to say because most people would not drive anyways. If there was no Uber or Lyft they would just hop in a cab instead, and not drive themselves. 

  It's a different story for more remote areas.

  But if they have less drivers on the road, how will it be determined which ones get to stay? Would that be good for passengers then because only the best of the best drivers are chosen?

  Then, on the other hand... for drivers, the competition would become even more fierce. Right?

  my friends do this all the time, it's just a way of saying "lets get a ride". you know how you say "let me grab a kleenex" when your nose is running? it's like that.. but for uber. kleenex is a brand, the proper name is tissue!

  Well yea, but people probably are asking to get to the resort they are staying at from the airport. The smaller islands don't have their own airport so they'd be getting there from a mainland area.

  they will still get the basic information, i think. and how much they got paid. but good point, i dont know if they have the memory power to do that for every passenger. if they really wanted to i guess they could, but a lot of effort

  also check your trip receipts to make sure everything is as you would expect it. you never know what they are capable of these days
