Great news! Uber announced they will no longer give drivers full access to the previous addresses that they picked up and dropped off passengers. Instead, it just shows the general area and is a lot better for passenger safety and security.

This is more about the data privacy issue in general, not necessarily Uber drivers showing up at your door. It's to protest consumers from their information being released to the public if the app were ever compromised
Here's an article about it BTW: https://www.engadget.com/2018/04/23/uber-drivers-will-no-longer-see-exact-location-history-for-rider/
does it still show the driver information like how long the trip was? what if they just remember the address in their head?
they will still get the basic information, i think. and how much they got paid. but good point, i dont know if they have the memory power to do that for every passenger. if they really wanted to i guess they could, but a lot of effort
Wow, great news!
finally! I'm always afraid they will show up at my house since they know where i live!!
