I have never used an Uber or Lyft so I am not familiar with any differences and/or problems. What company would you recommend using to get me from RSW Airport (Fort Myers) to Port Charlotte, FL?

They are really about the same. Not a bad idea to have accounts set up on both apps in case one has more availability, or less surge than the other at the time. But both will get you where you need to go.
Do you typically call when you land or plan ahead. Hard to plan ahead when planes are almost never on time. In other words, what is involved in setting this up and when? Thank so much
