I have never done this before. And I am looking for a ride from Bear Creek to Greyhound bus depot in Greensboro. It is my sister and I that are travelling. And we are both senior citizens. I know it is too soon to get a ride because it will be in August yet but I am thinking ahead so I know what to do. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.       I hate to say it but they don't hsve uber drivers in a small community like bear creek.  The reason why I am doing this so I will have thr time from today till August to see who will give me a ride. I was told that they don't go to bear Creek. I don't want to get stuck because I already have my bus ticket. I hope you understand where I'm coming from. The earlier is for me to know if s ride is available the better. I don't want to schedule the day I am leaving and nobody shows up and then what.

        What I would recommend is that you install the Uber app on your phone now, and set up an account with them. Then you are all ready to go.

        When you need your ride in August, you can simply open the app, type in the address where you want to go, and tap the "Confirm" button. You do not need to book your ride ahead, you can do this just when you need it.

          I installed my Uber the other year. And that is how I found out that they don't have uber to pick me up. They don't even know where bear Creek is.. I am concerned being a senior citizen that I might get stuck and no Uber to pick me.
