Each airport has different rules and regulations regarding rideshares. Some do not allow rideshares to pick up passengers at all, some have imposed fees for pickups, and some are completely open to rideshares picking up passengers. It all depends on the city rules within which the airport resides. To help compile and understand which airports allow rideshare pickups, we have created an Airport Pickup List. Regarding Houston, this airport does allow rideshares to pick up passengers!
