Unfortunately, no, Uber does not allow riders to use any two promotions for one trip. If you have a long trip and wanted to use both promotions you could always take two Ubers and use both promotions that way. In other words take one Uber part way to your destination using your first promotion then get out of that Uber and hail another Uber for the second leg of your journey using the second promotion code.
