Csn I use uber for grocery shopping
The Guru Take
Uber for Grocery Shopping
You can use Uber to ride in with your groceries, however Uber does not provide a service to customers that will get your groceries delivered to your door (yet). The company is testing out a program with Walmart that will allow this, but as of now it is only available in Phoenix.

Of course you can! I do it all the time to go to Shaw's Supermarket on an Uber. I live in a city, and I take Uber every time on a rainy day.
The driver will not wait for you unless you ask. I always end the trip at the store and then request another on the way home. Sometimes, the nice drivers will wait for you in the parking lot so when you get out, you are matched up with them. That's a win-win!
