I am flying into Norfolk Airport this week on “stand-by“ so not sure exactly which day ( Tuesday or Wednesday) or time I will arrive. will I be able to get a Lyft or Uber ride to the Outer Banks without advanced arrangements?? I need to know before I leave. Thanks!
