The bridge and tunnel tolls between NY and NJ are only charged eastbound, when heading into NYC. This includes the George Washington Bridge.
Thus, you will not see the GW Bridge toll on fare estimates heading from NY to NJ. You will see them included in the breakdown for trips going the other way, though.
