I have not a smart phone, how do I use Uber or Lyft?

You can use your computer/laptop web browser for Uber.

If you do not have a smartphone or cell phone, you can use your web browser on your computer or laptop and dispatch an Uber.  (or better, get an estimate on RideGuru and click on Dispatch Uber)

Lyft currently does not support this option. You are required to have a cell phone.
