It says that s taxi from Vancouver BC Airport to The Sutton Place Hotel can nicely accommodate 4 people. How about their luggage? Each would have as 27" suitcase and some type of carry-on. Thanks!

Are you willing to be a little squished?
Typical taxis and rideshare vehicles are 4 door sedans with normal sedan trunk space. While 4 people can fit in the sedan (3 would have to fit in the back of the car), the trunk room for 4 suitcases and carry-ons would be a bit tight. If you are willing to carry your carry-ons on your laps and be quite squished for the ride, you could probably make it work but it might be worth it to spend a few more dollars and opt for a van or SUV vehicle.
