I am about to be starting a job and traveling from the valley I'm Syracuse ny going to kirkville rd Syracuse..its a steady schedule thurs, fri,Sat and Sunday..however I don't Have to be there until 1am so I'll be looking to leave 1215-1230 am...is this gonna be an issue?

You should start by requesting Ubers (maybe a little earlier than you normally would in case there are not many drivers around) and once you find a driver you like, see if you can make a deal on the side for regular transport.
