May I request a ride from Rideguru website?
I am not sure if I click on Hail Uber X will connect me to Uber or Rideguru will setup my trip!
At the present time I do not need a ride, but when travel opens again, I sure like to know how this works.

Hello - yes! When you click the "Hail Uber X" button, the Uber app should open on your device (so long as you have it installed).
Ride Guru does not handle booking rideshare rides. It is all be done through Uber. You can try this now; the ride will not be booked until you press the Confirm button in the app.
