Need a ride Wednesday morning from NYC to Garden City, NY.... Need to be in Garden City at 9:30AM. The quote is very low - It does not ask for time of day? I don't expect fare to be $12.31 - I also don't want to see a fare of $100 because of surge pricing.. How do I get a realistic fare
