I'm a single person trying to book a ride from Ponte Vedra fl to orlando international airport ---the ride choices say 4 people and the price $153
My question here is since it is a long ride do they require 4 people to take that ride or if 4 people only indicates the capacity of the vehicle?

Yes, 4 people is the capacity of the vehicle. The price is the same regardless of how many people are actually riding.
