Rental car from Jacksonville airport such as enterprise, Hertz,  etc. For a full sized van Uber xl or ,lyft xl  (hold upto 7 passenger with regular Uber/Lyft Handling  4 passengers with second regular uber/lyft  some people in Orlando area order an uber or lyft xl because of how much luggage they maybe carrying. Pretty popular city with some down impoverished areas but not horrible crime infested if one being best 10 being Detroit about 3 or 4 of 10 I believe it is Charles st has artistisan shops. Very historical great atmosphere claims oldest city in the United States. Old Spanish fort from many hundreds of years ago federal  historic park, Ripley's museum and tour ride, zoological gardens with gators, historic flagler college in middle of downtown, and of course the bridge of lions absolutely stunning. My father in law lived there for 14 years until he passed in march 2019
