Yes, Uber and Lyft operate at SGF airport for both drop-offs and pickups.
For dropoff:
The drivers can drop you off with any other passengers at Departures.
For pickup:
Follow the signs to "Ground Transportation" by baggage claim. Once outside, request your ride from the app, and make sure the pin is near your location. The driver may contact you for exact location.
Drivers are readily available at SGF. They wait for you at the designated Staging Area and can respond to your request on a First-in first-out queue.
