Nine members of Congress sent a letter to the CEOs of Uber, Lyft, Juno, Curb, and Via on Monday requesting details about their protocols related to sexual assault and harassment reports, training drivers, and more. This comes after a CNN investigations showing at least 103 drivers who have been accused of sexual assault in the past 4 years.

Are these drivers being taken off the road? What can we do to protect riders?

Does anyone know the stats on how many taxi drivers assault women? I bet the numbers are fairly even...

Am I the only one that thinks 103 cases over 4 years out of ALL the rideshare rides out there is actually quite low?

But realize that for every reported case there is at least 10 more that have gone unreported.

Sadly that is the nature of this world, 1 in three women will be sexually assaulted in college. Maybe the lawmakers should be going after college boys...
