When I get a rate for Lyft and it mentions 4 people, does that mean the price rate is per person and can hold up to 4 people, or that is the rate for 4 people total?

Out of over 700 rides, I have received 4 Fours and 1 one. I know for a fact that the 1 rating that I received was from a lady that was running late for her plane ride and wanted me to drive 100mph to get her to the airport on time. I refused and she cussed me out left and right!! On top of that, she typed in the wrong airlines which prompted me to take her to the wrong terminal. with that being said, immediately after she exited my vehicle and I stopped in a safe spot, I notified Uber about the incident and they still allowed her rating of me to stand. That just ain't right!! There should be something that can be done about these types of rides. SHAME ON THEM, and shame on Uber for allowing that post to stand after you reported the situation right after and prior to picking up the next ride. I  know that it was her, because I always check my ratings and especially after I have a rider like that one!!
