Where is the Lyft pickup at O'Hare airport? I tried to schedule a ride in advance and I was told to go to Departures and select a ride share spot closest to me. Is there no pickup at the Arrivals area? Thank you!

From our understanding, we believe Lyft has two pick up locations at O'Hare airport. If you are flying into the International Terminal, the pickup is at Arrivals but if you are flying into the Domestic Terminal then your pickup is at located at Departures.
If you are flying in Domestically than it does indeed look like you will have to walk to Departures for your ride.

Lyft pickups can be Departures OR Arrivals, depending on which service you request.
O'Hare Airport has different designated areas for UberXs and UberBlacks. See below:
Lyft and Lyft Plus: Meet your driver upstairs on the Departures level. Look for the signs "Rideshare Pickup zone."
Lyft and Lyft Lux or International Terminal (5): Meet your driver downstairs on the Arrivals level. They are with other car and limo services.
