Uber or Lyft pickup policies at Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD)? Where do I find my driver?

Various pickup locations. Different for UberX and UberBlacks.

The pickups are permitted at O'Hare Airport, but they have designated areas for UberXs.  UberBlacks are in a different all together along other limos and livery services.

Standard Services like UberX and Lyft: Meet your driver upstairs on the Departures level. Look for the signs "Rideshare Pickup zone."

Luxury Services like UberBlack and Lyft Lux: Meet your driver downstairs on the Arrivals level. They are with other car and limo services.

International Terminal (5): Meet your driver downstairs at the Arrivals level.
