Proceed to Ground Transportation on Arrivals Level.
After getting off a flight, follow the signs to "Ground Transportation" and "Baggage Claim." When ready, walk outside and look for "Passenger Pickups" or a designated area labeled, "TNC/Rideshares."
One caution: Although there are five terminals at IAH, you can only schedule a ride from Terminals A, B, C, and E. If you arrive at Terminal D, the international terminal, you can take the walkway to Terminal E. Check Terminal D Map here.

Notify your driver of your location
Once curbside, enter the terminal and door number in the app. (You should be prompted for this informaiton, but if you are not, message or call the driver.) Call or message your driver with information such as Terminal, Door Number and any other information that will help locate you.
