  Have you tried ordering an Uber and if you like the driver asking them to drive you daily? I would order an Uber for the ride until you find a driver you really like and then I would ask!

   4 years ago in  Uber riders and drivers share fears about safety after company releases assault numbers, the much anticipated safety report is out!

  TBH I wasn't that shocked by the numbers, actually seemed kind of low to me but what did shock me was that 50% of reported incidents were from drivers! That is nuts, and Uber is doing nothing to protect drivers.

  Ugh, that is so frustrating. I completely agree that Uber needs to look into some of the 1 start ratings and hear from the driver's side. Some riders are just cranky people who never rate well.

   5 years ago in  Remember that Uber driver who went on a shooting spree murdering 6 people? He just plead guilty.

  Oh man I totally remember that. It seemed so random, and he was just driving people in his car for Uber in between killing other people!! But he didn't kill any of his passengers... just so weird.

   5 years ago in  RIDERS: What are some of your reasons for not tipping a driver?

  Personally I hate when the driver ASKS for a tip. Things like "5 stars and a tip please!" or dropping hints such as "I took this guy home in a major storm last night and NO tip, I cannot believe some people still do not tip drivers". Like I can see right through what you are doing and now I want to tip you even less.

  I had no idea that normal people could deliver Amazon packages now. I have seen some sketchy cars going slowly on my cul-de-sac on my walks recently. I bet these were just Amazon deliverers now 😂
