Ive never hit a limit

A couple months ago mine kept capping me at 1k but not anymore, i dont really understand either, sorry
Ya, this is what is happening to me, maybe it will end soon.
I believe it is based off of the average that you earn. Mine used to be $2K but it is not anymore.
