Important message about disability in society was shared by a deaf Uber driver this weekend.

whats the best time to call an uber so it's cheaper?
are there times of day that Uber is cheaper than other times? i don't want to pay a surge. -
I saw in the news that female Uber drivers make less than males?? What's up with that?
Drivers - do you have any experience with this? Do women get paid less per hour than males?
This is so accurate! It's bad that I laughed a little bit, but passengers don't understand what their ratings mean to drivers. Rate 5 stars people!
Movie pass sucks. And the reason surge pricing does not work is because they already offered customers the lower price without it. With Uber, didn't surge pricing exist from the beginning? It was more transparent than now, with numbers like "2X" and "10X" stated prior to taking a ride.
That makes sense, if Uber paid better they would be able to hire a higher quality of drivers instead of having bad ones like this slip through the cracks. And ultimately it would lead to a better experience for passengers too, because they feel more safe knowing the driver is responsible.
But aren't scheduled rides not guaranteed? Does that mean the price isn't guaranteed either?
Scheduled rides also depend on your location.. They're not available everywhere
According to that article the button is on the home screen, so it shouldnt be hard to find / use
well, yea. one is regulated by the government and the other can do whatever they want.
the driver may not have taken the wrong route, but sometimes uber isn't callibrated correctly
or check for barf stains in the back seat.
i actually use other services besides uber.. sometimes i just find myself saying uber when i really mean rideshares in general
ohhh i didn't know that! i just thought drivers got paid less because the passengers paid less. ive heard of drivers being upset about it in the past though, i wonder if this is a new thing they changed
