Uber's self driving car division has a strange term for people and animals...
We're all squishy things! How about that?https://www.businessinsider.com/uber-autonomous-driving-unit-used-strange-term-for-people-and-animals-2018-11Employees in Uber's self-driving unit have referred to a human and … -
Are Uber and Lyft making traffic worse?
Some are saying yes: Studies are increasingly clear: Uber and Lyft congest cities I guess this shouldn't come as a …
Who's to say it's not the driver that smells...
Seriously. This is what bothers me about this. Uber has a duty to inform its customers that their information has been stolen, and they failed to do so. What a sham.
My car is ten years old and I still think of it as my new car. I'm not even joking. What is wrong with me.
Big ben, houses of parliament, kids.
This is always a problem. You never know if you'll be able to get back! You can book in advance with Lyft/Uber, so maybe try booking the return trip in advance first. Getting to the wedding should not be a problem but you could book that in advance too to be sure.
I like the driver idea. Seems like it would be tough to make it work but I am glad someone is going for it.
hope you guys make it out to us here on the right coast eventually.
Do you keep the tip jar in up front with you?
Does your app guarantee that there will be a driver to pick you up at the scheduled time? I live in a suburban area, there aren't always drivers nearby.
people be angry
pretty impressive
Does anyone know if you can pay via curb app if you just hail a cab off the street? I mean, without using the app to hail the cab. You just flag it down. In that case can you pay using curb? Because usually the taxi credit card machine is "broken" (sure, right), but if I could pay in curb instead it would be easy.
hahaha
"What time's your flight?"
"It's in 20 minutes!"
"Oh boy, I'd better call you a Lyft"
Article is very vague. what kind of drugs? asking for a friend.
as a passenger I even feel weird about how cheap it is sometimes... I mean, I like to save money, but I don't like feeling like the poor dude whos driving me around is struggling to make ends meet...
I remember there was a mechanic in the Boston area that famously used to do this while he worked on cars... 20 years ago or so. He was an opera singer trying to start a career in singing. Not sure if he ever made it.
Nice show. I will watch it.
there's also the kind that's like a gel pack. It has some liquid in it. idk though I've never tried it.
My opinion, you leave your door open in traffic, you're asking for it to get hit. But I don't know the law in this area to be able to weight in on who is legally at fault, sorry.
Call your own insurance company. let them fight with the other guy's insurance... my 2c.
I interpreted it as, like.. feeds them. Food. Hamburgers and stuff. I was confused for a second.
Maybe he can get him a private Uber... to another country. Or planet.
