Another thing that I think is rude to passengers is to be eating while driving. I get that drivers need to eat. Just try to do it in between rides. It seems very unprofessional otherwise, and no one wants to smell your food.
Do you live in the city or suburbs? I think a lot of this depends on that. People who live in the burbs will take a lot longer to ditch their cars, if they ever do (doubtful).
Yeah I hear the same. A couple of years ago no one really talked much about Lyft. Now I hear of people using them all the time. They are like the little engine that could and I think it is finally paying off.
"Pardon me, do you happen to have any gray poupon?"
Free coffee and donuts
You overestimate pot smokers. Trust me, they are plenty lazy enough to order weed on demand.
Source: am one. Would use this if it was available in my area.
You don't get it. Weed smokers are super lazy bro. That's kind of the whole point.

Yah but that's what's fun about a book like this. I love hearing about other peoples professions from an insider. You get a peek into another world.
Guy, chill out with assuming the driver is unethical... As others have pointed out it was probably a mistake
Yeah... this. Feels really suspicious LOL
"If you deleted Uber because you don’t want to reward Travis Kalanick for being an asshole"
They know me too well...
How far ahead to you have to book this

Why wait?
Was he wearing them at the time?
Gross. Just make sure they know about the cleaning fee...
That'll teach him not to tip.
wtf, both of those dudes could be models. are we sure this is real. I mean just look at those teeth
Messed up. Then again if you are running ridesharing service in a country of 2B people you can't expect not to have some nasty stuff happen.

Keep dreaming, Uber...
