"I just came out a couple months ago," Jansen said. "This is the first time I've had any sort of discrimination."
Gay couple was shocked when ordered out of their Lyft ride for what they describe as a "quick peck". Both men are currently in college and have taken the necessary actions to make sure the driver was terminated. They are debating taking further action but there is a gray area in whether or not a lyft ride is public domain.

They can ride in my car any day... yum!
wtf, both of those dudes could be models. are we sure this is real. I mean just look at those teeth
Yeah I'm a straight dude but... yeah, these guys are ridiculously photogenic.
Ok so this guy didn't want to get paid? Money talks and this guy isn't listening. Like, sorry man if that makes you uncomfortable, but you have a job to do and you aint doing it. Right? If you hire me to do a job for you and I suddenly discover that I don't like you for some reason, I'm not going to just turn around and suddenly refuse to do the job. I'm a professional. This driver is a tool, I don't care what he believes he is not doing his job.
Gay aside, why would anyone want to drive his/her PERSONAL CAR with strangers making out in the back? I'm so sure that it was "a quick peck." Lies! As long as the driver would be equally inclined to throw out a hetero couple for smooching in the back, I see no problem. Now, if you have actual proof that the driver embraced hetero couples kissing in his car, then you have a case. Otherwise, you have a pair of butt-hurt gay guys (pun intended) who are playing the "gay card" to conjure up more public sympathy for the tribe.
They are totally using the "gay card." No one wants people making out in their cars. Personal or not.
Yeah there must be more to this story. They call it a peck, but that's exactly how this couple would position it. They must have been making out.
Plus, isn't it their personal car? There must be some rights reserved for this.
...and remember. If the driver felt uncomfortable, in many ways hi rights were maybe violated. It's his prerogative to do something or avoid what makes him uncomfortable. Your rights end where another's begin.
Driver is definitely closeted. No doubt about it. These guys raised an uncomfortable truth for him and he couldn't take it.
Good point - classic Glee situation with that mean bully from season 1, 2?
