Are there anything in the terms that prohibit restaurants from doing this?
or some particular reason a store wouldn't want to do this?
Can a restaurant sign up for multiple food services (UberEats, GrubHub, Postmates, and DoorDash) and run them simultaneously?

No, I don't believe there's anything prohibiting them, except for cost...I know Uber Eats takes a healthy percentage, not sure of the others.
