With most rideshare companies, you will have to call a new driver for each stop. Technically, you may be able to find a driver who is willing to stay with you for 6 hours but this is fairly unlikely. Also, you would have to pay the metered fare for the entire 6 hours which would be quite expensive.
I would recommend hailing a new car for each stop or looking into a personal driver service for the day where they would be able to offer you a flat rate for 6 hours. If you are open to driving yourself, it might also be beneficial and cheaper to look into renting a car for the day, such as ZipCar.
