Cape Liberty to EWR

We 3 are scheduled to arrive at Cape Liberty cruise port 8/8/2020. United flight time from ewr is 10:37 a.m.  Ship scheduled to arrive at 6:30 a.m. Disembark around 7:30 a.m.? Must arrive at airport by 8:30 a.m.

Is ground transportation readily available at cruise port to make it to airport on time?
