RIDE CARIBBEAN LAUNCHES ITS UNIQUE CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN

February 26, 2019: St. Lucian based Ride Sharing company RIDE Caribbean has officially launched its own Crowdfunding Campaign in an effort to raise US$60,000.00 for the development of its Minimum Viable Product.

RIDE Caribbean is a Multi-Service Ride Sharing company on Blockchain modeled for the Caribbean and was founded on March 16, 2016 by founder Greggar Deterville in an effort to enhance existing Transportation and Delivery services in St. Lucia and the wider Caribbean.

RIDE Caribbean will offer the following services via its mobile app:

  • On Demand Carpooling, Various Ride Share Services and Smart Bus Services. 
  • On Demand Courier, Food, Grocery, Retail Purchase and Delivery.
  • Mobile Payment Wallet with options of Cryptocurrency payments.

Users will have the option of one app with various services that will provide:

  • The option for anyone to create a micro-business.
  • Brick and Mortar stores with E-Commerce and Delivery services.
  • Drivers with the option of making additional income.
  • Taxi and Bus drivers with a cashless payment option.
  • Users the option of in store cashless payments for goods and services.

For the company to move from a prototype stage and to the MVP stage it needs to raise a minimum of US$60,000.00 just for the development of the mobile app. Other recurring monthly costs not included.
