No, Lyft does not currently. Up to 7 days. (Uber does for 30 days)
No, Lyft only allows you to schedule up to 7 days in advance (at the time of this writing). This may be due to the way they forecast the surge pricing (i.e. Prime Time) and incorpoates it into their estimate. Lyft guarantees the price that you schedule your ride for.
This is in stark contract to Uber's method that charges whatever the surge is at the time of the ride. You do get the option to cancel though without penalty if there is a surge you do not want to accept.
