Good Question - I bet they will adhere, Europe is too big a market
I doubt it. They're smart. They'll adapt. Europe is way too big a market to ignore.
This whole ruling makes sense. Uber wants to be seen as a marketplace, but then it would follow that each individual driver is it's own transportation provider business, right? That doesn't seem to hold water. Uber's the one hiring them.
Apparently Uber says they already adhere to most guidelines #BS
