Uber is a 24/7 service. Available all day every day...but with caveats
Uber is a 24/7 service, hence they never close their doors. Saturday mornings is no exception.
However, whether a car is available for you depends on the driver availability at the time of your request. If you are in a location where drivers are scarce, and it is very eary on a Saturday, it is possible that there are no drivers on the shift. In this case, you may need to wait a long time (for one to get to you from a far away) or you may not be able to request one at all.
(The similar is true where, there may be drivers, but there is an increased demand, i.e. lots of riders.)
With that said, we have not heard any issues with Saturday morning pickups. We do not believe that is particularly a dead (or busy) time
