I will be in SE Asia and was planning to use the Grab ride share app. I tried to enter my credit card and It will not accept it. I used both citibank and chase issued debit and credit cards and no go. I want to see which bank cards are acceptable.

Possible your banks are denying it due to it being an international company? Maybe try calling your bank first to let them know to authorize it.
Yes, this happened to me when I traveled to Switzerland from the US. Make sure to let your credit card company know!
I second this one. Call the CC company. Also, stick to VISA or MasterCard for best chances internationally.
