This is all their fault, who told them to oversaturate the marketplace? Who loses? The drivers, Lyft and Uber gain by lower pick up ETAs as driver utilization rates collapse and they're forced cruise without pax adding to congestion. Now they're suing to bring back unlimited caps on cars.
