He is in a coma becuase of the heart attack NOT because of the knife weilding passenger. This is like saying "an uber driver robbed Macy's" when the fact that he is an Uber driver has nothing to do with him robbing a store.

Actually read the story. The guy had a heart attack a while later. This is so blown out of proportion. Just a sensational headline.
